Clients must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service contract. Project initiation begins only after confirmation of scope, documentation, and initial payment.

The client agrees to provide accurate details, timely approvals, and necessary resources for smooth execution. Delays or incorrect information may affect timelines.

All content, assets, and strategies created by WebonFlex remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.

You must not use our website for unlawful, abusive, or harmful activities.

WebonFlex reserves the right to amend services, refuse service, or terminate a project in case of policy violations or non-payment.

Product Information

WebonFlex offers digital services such as website development, SEO, paid advertising (Google/Meta), social media management, branding, and consulting.

Descriptions on our website reflect general service features but may vary based on client requirements and project scope.

Each project’s exact deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be clearly defined in the proposal or agreement before commencement.

Certain services may rely on third-party tools and platforms, each governed by their own terms. WebonFlex is not responsible for restrictions imposed by such platforms.

Client Obligations

Clients must:

  • Provide accurate, complete project details

  • Submit required content promptly

  • Approve drafts, creatives, and campaigns on time

  • Ensure legality of their products, ads, and materials

  • Comply with advertising platform policies

    Delays in client approvals may extend timelines. WebonFlex may pause or discontinue services if client obligations are not met.


Pricing and Payment

Service prices may vary based on project requirements. The final cost will be shared in the proposal or invoice.

Work begins only after advance payment. Remaining payments must be cleared as per the agreed schedule.

All payments are non-refundable for work already delivered.

Taxes, platform fees, and third-party charges are to be borne by the client unless stated otherwise.


Third-Party Services

Digital services may involve external platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, hosting providers, analytics services, and email tools.

WebonFlex is not responsible for downtime, policy changes, account suspensions, or performance issues caused by third-party platforms.

Fees associated with such platforms follow their respective billing policies.

Service-Level Agreement (SLA) Overview

WebonFlex strives to deliver projects within mutually agreed timelines. Response time for queries is typically 24–48 working hours.

Revisions are included as per the chosen plan; additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Delays caused by client dependencies or external platforms do not fall under SLA violations.

We ensure communication uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to events beyond our control.

Advertising & Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing performance depends on external factors such as market conditions, competition, budgets, and platform algorithms.

WebonFlex does not guarantee sales, leads, ROI, ad approvals, or search rankings.

All advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

WebonFlex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or website access.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

Dispute Policy

If a dispute arises, both parties will attempt resolution through communication first.

If unresolved, the matter will be governed by the laws of Uttarakhand, India.

The courts of Dehradun shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Force Majeure

WebonFlex is not responsible for service delays or failures caused by events outside our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, strikes, government actions, cyberattacks, or platform disruptions.

Timelines may be adjusted accordingly.
